Dr. Marianne Mazzorato

Chief Executive Officer, Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board

Dr. Marianne Mazzorato is the Director of Education and Chief Executive Officer for the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board (DPCDSB), where she oversees one of Ontario’s largest separate school systems serving over 73,000 students. She began her career with the board as an elementary teacher in 1983 and progressively climbed the ranks into administrative leadership, serving as a Vice-Principal, Principal, and Superintendent before assuming her current executive role in January 2016 [rocketreach.co, sched.com]. Her leadership footprint also extends provincially, having previously served a two-year secondment as the Chief Assessment Officer for the Education Quality and Accountability Office (EQAO).
