Derek Tangredi is the Senior Educational Strategist at Logics Academy, where he leads innovative initiatives to transform learning through technology and curriculum design. An award-winning university researcher and instructor at Western University, Derek specializes in STEM education, with a focus on creating inclusive and engaging learning environments.
With a rich background in education, Derek has served as a STEM & Pathways Coordinator for the Thames Valley District School Board (TVDSB) in Ontario, and held leadership roles including Director of Education at InkSmith and other prominent EdTech organizations. His work has involved strategic partnerships and curriculum development with global leaders such as Microsoft, Google, Apple, and Knowledgehook, helping to shape the future of digital learning.
Derek is also the founder of Hacked Education, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering K–12 students with digital technology skills and fostering equitable access to future-ready learning opportunities.
