Since graduating with Honours from a top-20 university in the US, Erica has been committed to preparing youth and adults to thrive in an ever-changing world. Her career has brought her to multiple cities in six different countries, where she began as a teacher and later advanced into managing educational programs for international organizations. She is also an award-winning public speaker featured on MBC News and other television programs, and is currently an EdTech Entrepreneur working to solve the literacy crisis in North America.
