With over 9 years of experience in the education sector, Whitney is a passionate Student Achievement Consultant at Waterloo Catholic District School Board (WCDSB), where she collaborates with the Superintendent of Learning and other partners to enhance the quality and impact of teaching and learning through innovative technology use, STREAM initiatives, and data-driven strategies.

As an expert in learning innovation, Whitney leads the program implementation and support the school leadership in research and improvement planning, using Huan Centered Systems Thinking, Trauma-Informed Care, Strengths-Based Approaches, and Restorative Practices. She also have a proven track record of designing and delivering cross-curricular, experiential learning opportunities with a focus on STREAM and skilled trades, developing strategic solutions for educational challenges, and supporting inclusion and partnerships. Her mission is to foster integrated learning and student success in a diverse and dynamic educational environment.
