Dr. Peter Balyta began his education career as a mathematics teacher at Massey Vanier High
School in the Eastern Townships. He went on to serve as a STEM Education Consultant for the
South Shore/Riverside School Board before making the leap to Texas Instruments, where he rose
over 25+ years to become President of TI's worldwide Education Technology division. Today he is
the Founder and CEO of Coaching Instruments®, a leadership development practice serving
executives and school leaders. He holds a Ph.D. and B.Ed. from McGill University, an M.S. from
Concordia University, and an MBA from UT Dallas. He is an ICF Professional Certified Coach
(PCC), a Board Certified Coach (BCC), and a CEC Executive and Career Coach.
