Dr. Susan McCahan
Dr. Susan McCahan is the Vice-Provost, Innovations in Undergraduate Education and Vice-Provost, Academic Programs at the University of Toronto. She is also the Special Advisor to the Provost on Artificial Intelligence. Her Vice-Provost roles includes strategic leadership on IT systems and data systems that support academic processes and teaching; and leadership on key pedagogical initiatives such as experiential learning. Her office also oversees governance and quality assurance for the University’s many programs. Prof. McCahan’s current research projects include analysis of technology use in Active Learning Classrooms, and investigation of the impact of emerging AI technologies on engineering curricula.
