Hi, I’m Derek Tangredi, a dynamic professional at the intersection of education and innovation. With a unique blend of experience as an instructional designer, engineer, educator, and researcher, I specialize in building impactful learning experiences that connect theory to practice.

I work extensively in the learning technologies space, designing and developing content for K–12, post-secondary, and professional environments. My work spans hardware and software creation, training documentation, professional development, digital and print media, video production, and educational animations. I’ve led projects for organizations like Western University, Microsoft, Knowledgehook, Edwin, InkSmith, and Fair Chance Learning, always with a focus on evidence-based instructional design and learner engagement.
