Brad Loiselle

Over the past three decades, Bradley has built and led multiple industries building several multi-million-dollar global companies, from consumer products to education technology, workforce development, and most recently, sustainable water solutions and food insecurity projects. A dyslexic thinker, he sees opportunities where others see limitations. His career has taken him from boardrooms of the world's largest corporations to speaking at global conferences and engaging in discussions with leaders like Sir Richard Branson, the Dalai Lama, King Charles III, Erin Brockovich, Prince of Jordan, as well as Presidents and Prime Ministers from Canada, India, the Maldives, Mongolia, and Singapore. His work has reinforced his belief that real change requires a global collaboration.
Bradley has a history of disrupting industries. Earlier in his career, Bradley transformed North American retail industry when he founded EasyWrapLines, that became Canada’s largest design and manufacturer of licensed paper products, competing head-to-head with Hallmark Greeting Cards. After Bradley secured licensing agreements with Disney, Marvel, Warner Bros., 20th Century Fox, and Nickelodeon, his company went on to manufacture 10s of millions of bags, wrapping paper and 23 other products taking away Hallmark’s dominance over the Canadian market, disrupting the gift-wrapping sector. Bradley grew his company into six other countries before the collapse of the financial market in 2008.
Never giving up, in 2008, Bradley reimagined education and launched a corporate training company, iPal, that pioneered interactive e-learning for corporate development and secured contracts with organizations such as BMW, Toyota, the Canadian and US Governments, Costco, McDonald’s, Scotiabank, OLG, IATA, Algonquin College, Ottawa University, George Brown College, and global universities before being acquired by Canada’s largest Human Resources firm in 2012. After this exit, Bradley proceeded to tackle India, founding SKILLSdox, an education marketplace that spanned over 10 years of in-country programs surpassing 53,000 courses in partnership with 100+ educators from multiple countries. Through a partnership with Times of India and Hindustan Times, Bradley secured a $39 million marketing investment that helped reach students across the vast landscape of India.
During COVID, Bradley went on to build Skills Council of Canada (SCC), revolutionizing workforce training by ensuring free access to quality education for those who need it most. Securing millions in government contracts since 2022, SCC now leads public-private partnerships across Canada working with major school boards, government agencies, and nonprofits to provide training in skilled trades, essential skills, soft skills, and career development programs supporting the most vulnerable communities. SCC’s impact extends beyond Canada, supporting communities in India and Africa. https://www.skillscouncil.ca/
In 2022, Bradley went onto founding Arctic Freshwater, with a vision to support the global water crisis by reshaping access to clean drinking water industry through a collaboration with Iceland, unlocking 178 trillion liters of renewable glacier water. His Pure Flow Initiative is creating a decentralized, on-demand water network, lowering costs and ensuring water reaches those in need. Through Arctic Freshwater, he is also working to address the Indigenous water crisis in Canada, creating employment, ownership, and leadership opportunities in water management. https://www.purewater.is
