As a seasoned Educator and Instructional Leader, I bring deep experience across K-8 classrooms and system-level roles focused on Equity, Literacy, and inclusive practice. Currently serving as a Literacy Instructional Coach, I work alongside educators to co-create culturally responsive, inquiry-driven, and universally designed learning environments that affirm student identities, elevate voice, and foster critical thinking. My leadership journey includes classroom instruction, equity coaching, and supporting school-wide shifts toward anti-oppressive, student-centered frameworks. I actively partner with families, educators, and community leaders to build learning spaces that empower modern learners to thrive and lead with purpose in an evolving world.
